Merit Badges

All merit badges shown are offered as complete classes with no "partials", unless the scout is late, does not  participate, fails to complete requirements or needs more time to qualify in Archery and/or Rifle Shooting.

Unless specified, all Merit Badge programs are run as full, one-day programs, from 9am - 4pm, on a Saturday or a Sunday and include lunch. All merit badges listed here cover Scouts wishing to attend classes on both days in a weekend are welcome to bring a tent, sleeping bag, their 10 Scout Essentials and spend the night!  Meals & two-deep leadership supervision will be provided.  All scouts MUST be at least First Class to enroll.

ARCHEOLOGY

Archaeologists study how people lived in the past. Using the clues that people left behind, they try to understand how and why human culture has changed through time.

Archery is a fun way for Scouts to exercise minds as well as bodies, developing a steady hand, a good eye, and a disciplined mind.

In learning about astronomy, Scouts study how activities in space affect our own planet and bear witness to the wonders of the night sky.
